Steps to recreate
1. Create a new template
2. Create a table with 4 variables
3. Set the following 4 properties: First variable is text, Second as List (enter item as Yes,No,Invalid), Third as List (enter item as Active,Inactive), Fourth variable is text
4. Save the template

Result
In view template mode, it only the Third value’s dropdownlist was displayed, Second value dropdown is an empty box.

When re-entered to the Edit Mode, discovered that the dropdown list is auto-deleted.

Expected Result
All values with dropdown list will displayed properly.
Note: Values with text variable does work properly.
