dynamictasklist unable to store umlauts

      DB Oracle 9, Client: Firefox on Linux

      While umlauts are correctly beeing displayed on the pages the dynamictasklist is unable to handle umlauts correctly. Instead I get the well known cryptic two-letters showing that there is some encoding-problem.

      As other pages work correctly I don't assume it's a problem with Oracle or my browser.
