Thanks, Klaus! Had no issues as of yet both w/ the full load of a diagram (i.e. when editing an existing diagram - the full existing diagram is there and does not load and stutter while scrolling) & it hasn't crashed/frozen yet. Appreciate your persistence and following up.

We're rolling out a new version to Cloud at the moment. You should have Gliffy 6.8.4 by tomorrow.

In our internal process we mark issues fixed as soon as we have merged the fix to a version of Confluence. The fix version field reflects the version in which this issue will be fixed, which is 6.0.0-OD-2015.48 in this case. This version is still unreleased but will be the next we roll into cloud. You can check the current version of Confluence you are running by hitting the ? help icon in the upper right corner, and from that menu clicking "About Confluence".

Apologies if this is not transparent. We've had other customers also giving us feedback on this, and we are investigating if we should include more steps into the status field in JIRA tickets to indicate whether the issues have been deployed to cloud.

Regarding when this issue will be available, I'm sorry but I can't give you exact date since our cloud deployments depend on other issues than just this, but it will be on the next rollout which will happen very soon. We strive to release as often as possible.

If you need this issue urgently fixed, you can contact on me and I'll see what I can do. My email is my firstname.lastname@atlassian.com or my username@atlassian.com

Why is this marked as fixed and resolved? It was broken for me earlier, as it has been for 2 weeks. Gliffy is clearly the Atlassian endorsed diagramming plugin (it's the most endorsed confluence plugin at all), yet Gliffy in confluence cloud is always behind/buggy.

When you endorse a product and stuff like this happens it reflects badly on you. I've been ramping up a confluence cloud trial against heavy resistance in my company for months. 2 week of this and your solution is out of the window and I look like a prize idiot for recommending you.

Just to give continuity I've had to clone to confluence server and migrate Gliffy to draw.io in the vague hope I'll get a second chance. How about some transparency and no bullshit here guys?

Any updated on when this will actually be deployed. I would not call the issue closed until the software is actually deployed live.

Gliffy 6.8.4 will be included in our next cloud release. I will confirm the date as soon as I know when it will be rolled out.

Yeah - I concur w/ Nathan - this issue NEEDS to be resolved - when can I expect to use Gliffy and create workflows in Confluence - please supply an actual date.

            Hello,

I'm working on updating this to Confluence at the moment. We just need to sanity check that everything works but this should be out soon.

Thank you for your patience and sorry for the delay.

            Have also been experiencing this.

Come on atlassian, get your act together.

Is the guy this is assigned to even paying attention to this? Very frustrating.
