Limit Scope of @Mentions

      Sometimes, if there's a lot of users in Confluence and/or if you are retrieving many users from external directories (for example, 50,000 accounts in LDAP), the @ mention feature could take minutes to render a list of users.

      This is a feature request to allow the user to limit the number of users or which user will be displayed for the mention in Confluence.
