Stop Watching from email notification lead to 'Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. 'You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page'

      Step to reproduce

      1. Watch a page using a user (USERA)
      2. Edit the page using another user (USERB)
      3. Check the notification from the USERA email
      4. Click the Stop Watching Link from the mail

      Expected Result

      The Pages is removed from the Page Watches List

      Observed Result:
      The page is not removed from the Page Watches List with the following error:

      The following error(s) occurred:
Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page.

      Extra Note:
      This issue is not reproducible in 5.7.x

            One possible cause: two accounts with the same email, one being like local_admin, and user is logged in as regular user, but email notification comes to local_admin, and when user clicks a link it will complain about security token, apparently.

            We see this issue too. Confluence 5.10.8.

            I've managed to reproduce this problem in both 5.10.0 and 6.1.0 versions, so I'm reopening this issue.

            Steps to reproduce:

            1. Log in as an administrator.
            2. Go to Cog Icon > General Configuration > Mail Servers, and configure a valid Mail Server.
            3. Cog Icon > User management. Create USERA and USERB with valid emails.
            4. Log in as USERA and make him follow USERB.
            5. Go to Profile > Settings > Email. Mark all checkboxes.
            6. Log in as USERB and create a page.
            7. USERA should receive an email notification about the created page.
            8. Open the email and click "Stop watching page/space/user" footer link.

            Expected results:

            You have stopped watching <space/page/user name>.

            Observed results:

            The following error(s) occurred:
Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page.

            Workaround:

            • If you are already logged in with the user that received the email (USERA), and then you click the email link, everything works fine.
            • If there's no user logged, Confluence will open the login page, and then if you log with the same user that receives the email (USERA), it works fine.

            Hi there, we use Confluence 5.10.8 and the issue is still there. Obviously this issue isn't really fixed.
