Export to Word unavailable for old revisions of a page

It seems that "Export to Word" is not an option when viewing older revisions of a page in Confluence. The "Export to PDF" function is available in the "Tools" menu though.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and edit it so there are two version
2. Go to the Tools (...) menu on the page and see that 'Export to Word' is available
3. Go to Tools > Page History
4. Open the older version of the page
5. Go to the Tools (...) menu on the page and see that 'Export to Word' is NOT available

Workaround

1. Go to Tools > Page History
2. Click 'Restore this version'
3. Export the page to word
4. Go back to Page History and restore the latest version again
