Dynamic layer cropping for large images

      DPReview.com has a very nice dynamic layer system for generating image embed HTML. For example, see http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1019&message=14720333

      Currently in Confluence large images break the page layout quite badly. I'd love to see some form of a web-tech based solution like the DPReview one where too wide image are scaled or cropped dynamically so the page layout doesn't break. In Confluence's skin, I guess this would be applied to image wider than about 800 pixels?
