we are running in the same problem, but we are running the version 5.2.5:
Cause
com.atlassian.confluence.importexport.ImportExportException: Exception while rendering the PDF document /data/home/confluence/temp/pdfexport-20150914-140915-1535-1915/SWISSGRID-KWSD-Version2.0.0-140915-1535-1916.pdf
at com.atlassian.confluence.extra.flyingpdf.FlyingSaucerXmlToPdfConverter.convertXhtmlToPdf(FlyingSaucerXmlToPdfConverter.java:111)

We have exactly the same issue, we have a testreport which is displayed with junit macro, this cant be exported via the pdf function,.. I talked to Atlassian and they have no workaround,.. So atlassion should to something on this case
