Steps to Reproduce
- Setup a mail server on Confluence 5.8.4.
- Check the Subscribe to daily updates option as a user.
- Create a new Space.
- Create a new page in the new space.
- Create a test page.
- Edit the test page
- Delete the test page.
- Run the Email Daily Reports operation via * Confluence Administration* > Scheduled Jobs.
Expected Behaviour
The user should receive a notification email about the contents change and deletion.
Action Behaviour
The notification email does not include contents deletion information.

We also have this bug in version 6.0.2. We get all notifications(Mail Daily Report has been checked in my profile settings), except for the pages we've deleted.
While waiting for the bug to be fixed, the documentation should be modified as it is currently incorrect.
We seem to have a related issue in 6.2.0. We get notifications when we create and modify a page in a watched space but we do not when a page is deleted.
We do have daily digests disabled.
We also add some custom functionality to the confluence-email-notifications plugin and the core code that handles some of the other notifications but we also see the issue in stock, unmodified Confluence.
