List attachements linked to deleted pages

When a page with attachment is deleted the attachments are no longer listed in the "List Attachments" page.
This is inconvenient because the same attachment might be linked from multiple pages and leaving it attached to a deleted page is risky (if the page is purged, the attachment will be lost breaking several links).
There is also no warning or information when deleting a page that attachments are present (as for example for the info on pages linking to the page being deleted...) with the hint to first move them to another page if needed.
Today it is still possible to recover these attachments but it is cumbersome because a user has to restore the page, move the attachment and then delete the page again.
