Ability to convert link URLs with non-alphanumeric characters to entity encoding automatically

      According to CONF-24320, the link url with non-alphanumeric characters is not clickable has not resolved yet.
      As one of workarounds, it described that the non-alphanumeric characters are replaced with entity encoding, but this workaround is not realistic for Confluence users.
      We'd like to convert them in Confluence UI easily.
