JDK 1.8 as shipped with this release, also Tomcat. Standalone Server with Redhat 5
Description
NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.
To reproduce, you need a page holding a rather wide table.
The table will be shown with a scrollbar at the bottom of the table.
Sometimes (rather frequent but not always) there is now a 2nd scrollbar at the very bottom of the browser window (which is actually a different frame).
See screenshot.
The bottom scrollbar scrolls in parallel to the table scrollbar, so if you pull one of these scrollbars, the other one moves at the same time.
If there are more than one wide table in the page, the excess bottom scrollbar is a replication of the first table in the page.
Issue seems to happen in the Documentation Theme only, and only if the sidebar is turned on. When I adjust the width of the browser, the excess scrollbar usually disappears.
Issue found in version 5.8.4.
(Your "Affects Version/s) does not have this version yet selectable.)
I have not tested this behavior in other browsers than Firefox.
