Add Ability to Hide the "Last Updated and Created by" text on Confluence pages.

      It would be interesting to have the ability to hide the fields Last Updated and Created by for the Confluence pages because there are situations like where the user who created it is no longer an employee or for some other reason.

      So having the ability to either hide this field or change them would be necessary

            This is a critical issue where technology companies have turnover and do not want to see names of employees from years past.  It may seem like a simple and minor issue, but it's not.  Please turn this ability back on so we can manage our own content.  Thanks!
