Disabled Users in Crowd Directory are shown in Confluence Page Restriction user list

Hi,

if you are searching for users to restrict a page, you'll only find active users.
But if you click on the button "person" you will find disable users there as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a page and restric viewing to "usera"
2. Disable the "usera" in Crowd.
3. Sync the Crowd Directory in Confluence. (Now the user is disable in Confluence)
4. Go to the created page in step 1 and view the restriction.
5. "usera" is still appear in the restriction page.
