Markdown editor incorrectly indents subsequent lines in a literal block

      All lines are correctly output as monospace text. The first line is not indented, but following lines in the block are incorrectly indented instead of being considered as part of the same block.

      See attached image. The preview is correctly preserved after submitting, including the error described.
