Unable to access Confluence Questions

Steps to Replicate

1. Install confluence 5.7.3
2. Install Confluence question plugins version 2.0.10

Observed Behavior

You will be seeing the following error when you try to access confluence questions using this url: <confluenceURL>/questions

The questions tab is missing as you can see the below:

Expected Behavior

1. User should be able to access confluence questions without any issue.
2. Confluence questions tab should appear on the homepage/dashboard
