Notify watchers tick box is not showing in IE10

      Notify watchers tick box is not showing in IE10

      Steps to replicate

      1. Open IE10
      2. Navigate to any Confluence page -> Edit.
      3. At the bottom part of the page you will not see tick box for Notify watchers feature, as you can see in the below image:
