Use labels to hide unwanted content from the dashboards recently updated list. By removing unwanted content rather than marking wanted content, new content that the user has not yet 'filtered' will be shown by default.

Update the dashboard UI with the following:

      • edit the space list, new title will be "Spaces", replace Operations with "Customize" link and icon.

When clicking on link, display a page that shows the list of spaces visible to the user with checkboxes to "HIDE" this space from the dashboard. Checking HIDE applied a label to the space description my:hidefrombashboard or something similar.

The UI needs to clearly define what is happening with these labels, how they are being applied, what they are for etc etc.
