Copy pasting from the code macro doesn't include new lines

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Unknown+column+%27this.external_id%27+when+upgrading+to+Confluence+5.2.5+or+above+on+MySQL
2. Copy the SQL from the diagnosis section
3. Paste this anywhere and note the lack of new lines in the output
