Confluence Automatically Encode "&" Character to XML Encoding

      Bug Description

      When user try to insert an anchor link at "Insert Link" >> "Advance" to point to an anchor with a name that contain "&" character, Confluence will automatically encode the "&" character to "&". This leads to the need of changing it manually to & for the user.

      How to Replicate The Bug

      1. Create an anchor and name it "Test & Bug"
      2. Create an anchor link to point to the previously created anchor

      Expected Behaviour

      Confluence should input the "Link Text" as is without any automatic conversion.

      *Resulted Behaviour"

      Confluence automatically converted link "Test & Bug" to "Test & Bug" as can be seen in the screenshot below:
