No notification received when adding attachment via Attachments Macro

      Problem Definition

      On Confluence 5.7 with configured SMTP server:

      1. User A Create a page
      2. User B watch the page
      3. User A upload an attachment to the page using Attachments Macro
      4. User B does not receive notification

      Suggested Solution

      User B should receive notification from changes made using Attachments Macro.

      Workaround

      Upload attachments using Edit Mode on page; user will naturally receive notifications.
