Unlinking a mentioned user doesn't remove the blue/grey box also keeps useless code in the source code

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a page, click on Edit and mention a user.
      2. Check the source code, the RI:USER is there.
      3. Unlink the mentioned user.
      4. Check the source code: 
          <span class="confluence-link confluence-userlink user-mention current-user-mention">Admin User [Local]</span>
      5. Saves the page, and the user is still "mentioned"/ in the blue/grey box.
