I'm seeing a broken image notification on new blog email notifications when embedded images are attached to a different page.

The page that the image files are attached to is completely public, no restrictions or permissions. I would expect the images to appear in the email notification. \

If it is not possible to render the images, they should be omitted, or fail more gracefully (as it is not really an error)
