Roadmap Planner - add ability to adjust scale

      CONF-36095 has already been submitted to allow for making the Roadmap Planner scale smaller, to account for roadmaps that function on days and weeks. We would like to use the Roadmap Planner for planning things that span multiple years, and would like the ability to scale the Roadmap Planner to quarters or years, in addition to months, weeks or days.
