Verifying that Confluence dashboard is accessible from the web browser, also checking that there are no errors in the Administration Panel from the application, we cannot connect to WebDAV URL domain:port/webdav.
Trying to access Confluence through the WebDAV URL doesn't work either when employing a client such as Cyberduck that used to function in past versions.
Trying to connect through the IP of the server doesn't work either.

While attempting to trace the error in the log entries, we found out that there's no logging at all for WebDAV related operations. Looking for a way to fix it, we found an issue that is causing this problem.
