List Restricted Pages in "Custom Export" Option for Confluence Super-users

      Request Background

      Confluence super-users have the ability to see all restricted pages if they have the complete URL to the said pages. However during the space export process, super-users unable to see those restricted pages in the list of pages when choosing "Custom Export".

      This may cause super-users to miss some restricted pages if they are requested to create a space export with only specific contents (unable to use the complete space export option) and include the restricted page.

      Workaround

      • Remove the restriction before creating the space export.
      • Use the complete export and import it. Then remove all the unnecessary pages.
