Attachment Macro with Attachment Contains File Viewer Breaks as Anonymous User

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a public page accessible by anonymous users
2. Attach various attachment to this page (PDF, JPG, Docs)
3. Add the "Attachment Macro" to this page
4. Save the page

What happens

1. As a logged in user
   • Clicking the "Show More Info" buttons will show "File Viewer" (only on certain type of attachments) "Labels", and "Version History.
2. As an anonymous user:
   1. Clicking on "Show more info" buttons on Docs file works okay
   2. Clicking on "Show more info" buttons on attachment types that has file viewer will break the macro
