Unable to create a new Page of Type JIRA report with Confluence 5.7.1

      When trying to create a new Page of Type JIRA report an error message is shown that says: "Cannot Connet to JIRA server".

      The log file shows the following output:

      WARN [http-bio-8092-exec-14] [apache.commons.httpclient.SimpleHttpConnectionManager] getConnectionWithTimeout SimpleHttpConnectionManager being used incorrectly.  Be sure that HttpMethod.releaseConnection() is always called and that only one thread and/or method is using this connection manager at a time.

      The domain and tld matches the BaseUrl set in configuration.
