Update references from 'Optimise Indexing' to 'Clean Journal Entries' in CAC docs

      At some point we renamed 'Optimise Indexing' to 'Clean Journal Entries' in 'Admin > Scheduled Jobs'. The docs still reference the old data, and seem to have an old screenshot too.
