Disabling autowatch in user profile does not take effect when editing attachments.

      Problem

      1. When editing an attachment, for example with Edit in Office feature, save, and the page will automatically be watched.
      2. In user settings Profile > Settings > *Email (edit) Disable Autowatch
      3. This has no effect on Editing attachments, and page will continue to be watched.

      Currently there is no way to disable this or disable autowatch globally
