      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The new inline comments in Confluence 5.7 can only be turned off or on system-wide.
      This is not sufficient.
      I would like the ability to be able to turn inline comments on/off by space.
      The reason is that we have different kind of spaces in our Confluence system. For some, the inline comments are great and very welcome (for example in spaces where we develop documentation collaboratively), but for others they are contra-productive. (for example in spaces where the final / released documentation is published)

      We don't have the luxury to set up several confluence instance just for being able to manage them differently (like Atlassian does).
      Therefore, please provide a space-specific configuration for this feature.
