Link created in the editor gets duplicated when edited

• Create a new link.
• Place the cursor inside the link and use the cmd + k keyboard shortcut to open the link dialog
• Hit save without making any changes in the dialog

Expected results: The link gets modified
Actual results: The link gets duplicated

Note that the duplication happens immediately, without having to save the page. Ivan may have been able to hit this issue despite making changes to the link in the dialog, and using the property panel button, but the steps above are the easiest way to consistently reproduce the issue.
