Confluence Mobile Will Not Load Pages Containing TOC and Code Macro

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page in Confluence, with the following storage format:

   <p>
     <ac:structured-macro ac:name="toc"/>
   </p>
   <ac:structured-macro ac:name="code">
     <ac:plain-text-body><![CDATA[Hello World]]></ac:plain-text-body>
   </ac:structured-macro>
   

   (1 TOC macro and 1 Code macro)

2. Load the page via your mobile browser (tested on Safari 600.1.4 - bundled with IOS 8.1.2 ; and desktop Google Chrome with Device mode enabled) - page loads fine in this step (despite a huge number of errors in the Console):
   
3. Navigate to the dashboard, notice that all links are now darkened (may be related to the issue):
   
4. Navigate back to the page by clicking on the page's link in the dashboard. Notice that the affected page, and all pages that you load from the dashboard will be loading indefinitely.

Workaround

Refresh the page, and the page will be loaded properly again
