Inline comment in workbox for french is using English language

Steps to reproduce :
Pre-requisite
Ensure that the user profile language settings is selected as French to ensure French language is used for Confluence

1. Login to Confluence
2. Go to a page and edit
3. Save the page after editing
4. Add an inline comment to the page
5. Resolved the inline comment
   

Current behavior : the string is in English.
Expected behavior : the string should be in French.
