Steps to reproduce :
Pre-requisite
Please set the user profile to French language

1. Login to Confluence
2. Go to a Space
3. Look at the left navigation and click on configure sidebar
4. You will see the following :
   

Current behavior : The string is in English instead of French
Expected behavior : The string should be in French

These are the suggested French localization strings :
"Space shortcut" must be "raccourcis de l'espace"
"Click "Add link" to add links to the sidebar." must be "Cliquer sur 'Ajouter lien' pour ajouter un lien dans la barre latérale"
"+ Add link" must be "+ Ajouter un lien"
"Navigation display options" must be "Options d'affichage à la navigation"
"Child page" must be "Pages enfants"
"Page tree" must be "Arborescence"
"Done" must be "Enregistrer".
