An empty code block macro is uneditable in IE

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Using IE 11, Create a Code Macro
      2. Without entering anything into the Code Macro, click anywhere else in the editor

      This results in the Code Macro 'shrinking' slightly and becoming uneditable
