Attaching Korean file names using drag and drop on Mac will not display the correct filename when accessing Confluence on any other OS

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Download the sample file
      2. Use a mac to login to Confluence. (Any browser)
      3. Attach the file to a page using drag and drop
      4. save the changes
      5. Login to Confluence using another machine, and OS

      Actual Results:

      By navigating to the page that you have attached the file, you can see that the file names are incorrect
