Bug Description

Confluence use two separate plugins to rendered and processed the "Like" button at the bottom of the page which is handle by "Confluence Like Plugin" and the "Like" button at the Workbox Notification mini view frame which is handled by Workbox plugin.

Issue occurred when "Confluence Like Plugin" is disabled as the "Like" button in the mini view frame stays while the one on the bottom of the page disappear.

How to Replicate The Bug

1. Disable Confluence Like Plugin from "Manage Add-on" menu accessible from Confluence Administrator menu
2. Mentioned a user in a comment section of a page
3. Access Confluence using the said user
4. Open the workbox notification
5. Try to "Like" the comment
6. "Forbidden" text will be thrown since "Confluence Like Plugin" is disabled as describe below

Automatically Disabled "Like" button in Workbox Miniview When Like Plugin is Disabled.
