TEST CASE:

• Open a space (tested with Internet Explorer 10)
• Create a new page
• Click on "Tools" -> "View in Hierarchy"
• Page opens containing all pages in a hierarchy
• Be sure you have "Tree"-View.
• Drag and Drop any page under another page to have the second one as parent for your first

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Selected page is now child page of your second page
OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
Nothing happens. Page does not move as wanted, see attachement.
