User receiving notification from a restricted space

Steps to replicate

1. Download Confluence 5.5.2.
2. Create an user "test".
3. Create a group "testing".
4. Add the user "test" into group "testing".
5. Create a space name "Permission".
6. Restrict the space to group "testing".
7. Access Confluence as user "Test".
8. Access the page name "Permission" and watch the page.
9. Now access Confluence as Confluence Admin.
10. Restrict the space "Permission" only to confluence admin and remove "testing" group from the permission.

Observed Behavior

The user test still receiving notification in Workbox if any changes made in the space "permission".

Expected Behavior

The user "Test" should not receive any notification from space "Permission" although they are watching the space.

Workaround

Confluence administrator need to remove the user from the space watch list with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the space which sending the notification.
2. Click on "Watch" and then click on manage watchers
3. Check if the user name is in the list, if yes please remove him from that list.
