      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The current implementation of date autocomplete requires a specific date format: dd/MM/yyyy

      This format is one of many standards used by Atlassian customers.

      Add a configuration option to detect additional date formats in the Confluence editor. Specifically:

      • yyyy/MM/dd
      • MM/dd/yyyy
