Create a compatibility library for migrated attachment IDs

In Confluence 5.7, an upgrade task was added that remaps some of the attachment IDs and stores the old attachment ID as a content property against the new one. It would be nice to provide plugin developers with a library that they could use to cast attachments to content entity objects and also resolve the old attachment id property so that they can continue to compile against older versions of confluence
