Application Link issue key not rendering after migration from Cloud instance

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      There was a feature prior to Confluence 3.5 that would make plain text issue keys to render as hyperlinks to their respective JIRA issue in the JIRA project linked to the Confluence space the page is located in. The lack of this feature was raised here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-23693.

      This functionality is present on Cloud (OnDemand) and when exporting a space/project to a local installation, these links simply disappear.

      The functionality on Cloud is provided by the Confluence Applinks Transformer Plugin (com.atlassian.confluence.confluence-applinks-transformer-plugin), which is not available, neither is compatible with any local installation.

      Please provide this plugin/functionality for BTF releases.
