      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Would it be possible for the Confluence administrator to view other regular users drafts or even resume those as per below page?

      The feature would also be useful in case a Confluence user leave the company and it's removed from AD/LDAP because it would be possible to see all the drafts of that user.
