Each notification email should end with a footer like so:

"You are receiving this email because you have subscribed to notifications for [this page|the Foobar Space] on http://confluence.atlassian.com/ (Unsubscribe)."

The unsubscribe link should be tokenised in some way so login is not required to remove the notification (but the user is not logged in by clicking it).
