Having an expandable and sortable list of label suggestion when adding label

After adding 10 labels "test01" to "test10", on the other page if I add label with by taping "te", the autocomplete will only show 3 label randomly that it found from the index cache. So unless you type the entire word, there is always chance that the wanted label is not showing in the suggestion list.

It will be better to have any expandable and sortable list on the suggestion for the user to be able the find the wanted label.
