If a page with an attachment is created and access to it restricted, when a user who is not permitted to access the page clicks on a link to the attachment, an error page with a "401 Unauthorized" message is displayed.

Since the restriction is on the page, and not on the attachment, shouldn't it display an error message similar to the one that appears when a user tries to access a page not viewable to them? ("You do not have permission to view this page.")
