Multimedia Macro could not work in Confluence while using VLC plugin in Chrome and Firefox

      When embedding a video Multimedia macro on Confluence page, Video would not load.
      -> Not the VLC plugin issue as videos are able to load from other website using the VLC plugin

      How to replicate:
      1. Attach a video (*.swf, *.avi or *.mp4 to a Confluence page)
      2. Add a Multimedia macro for the video
      3. Video would not load

      Workaround:.

      1. Disabling VLC Web plugin and use other Multimedia Player Web Plugin instead
        • From Chrome, disabling VLC Web Plugin can be done by going to chrome://plugins, and disable VLC Web Plugin
        • From Firefox, disabling VLC Web Plugin can be done by going to Open Menu > Add-ons > Plugins > "Never Activate" under the VLC Web Plugins
