Ability to set Monday to be the first day of week in the Date Picker

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently, the first day in the Date Picker is Sunday.
      Confluence should have a UI option so that users are able to set their Confluence's first day of week in the Date Picker to be Monday, instead of Sunday,as specified by the ISO8601 standard.

      This option is available in JIRA but not in Confluence
