Uploading an Image via Insert Image Dialog broken in IE9

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Edit a page
      2. Insert more content -> Image
      3. Click on Upload Images
      4. Select an image click Open in the File Dialog

      Clicking on Open does nothing, and you are returned to the Insert Image Dialog.

      Workaround: Upload the image as an attachment first.
